"I don't want to lose the human behind the design."
I'm a Senior Graphic Designer and Project Coordinator with over ten years of experience doing work that actually matters; building brands, managing complex projects, designing publications and presentations, and creating campaigns that connect with real people and drive real results.
I don't fit neatly into one lane, and that's intentional. Some days I'm deep in a design system, building something visual from the ground up. On other days, I'm coordinating stakeholders, developing documentation, tracking deliverables, and making sure a multi-stream initiative lands on time.
I'm a thinker and an observer. I research, I listen, and then I find the solution that fits. At the University of Kansas, I led the organization's first accessibility compliance initiative from scratch — identifying gaps, rebuilding workflows, and creating standards that ensured every deliverable met WCAG requirements from the start rather than as an afterthought. At OneChild, I coordinated multi-channel donor campaigns that contributed to a 300% increase in non-sponsorship giving and the organization's most successful quarter ever. Good work leaves a mark.
Accessibility is woven into everything I do — not because it's required, but because design that doesn't work for everyone isn't finished.
I care about the work. I show up, I dig in, and I bring the same investment to your project that you bring to your mission. If you're looking for someone who can think strategically, execute with precision, and make the complicated feel clear — let's talk.
